18. CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH\nGREENFIELDS OUTDOOR FITNESS, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION\nOF OUTDOOR FITNESS EQUIPMENT AT VETERANS PARK\nConsideration of a Resolution approving an agreement with Greenfields Outdoor Fitness, Inc. for\nthe purchase and installation of outdoor fitness equipment at Veterans Park.\nRecommendation:\nIt is staff's recommendation that the City Council:\n1. Adopt the attached Resolution approving an agreement with Greenfields Outdoor Fitness,\nInc. for the purchase and installation of outdoor fitness equipment for a total amount not to\nexceed $396,491.92; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and approve change orders that may\nbe necessary during construction to cover any unforeseen condition in an amount not to\nexceed 10% of the agreement amount.\nCITY COUNCIL / SUCCESSOR AGENCY MEMBER COMMENTS
