5. 23-0005 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute a\nnew Revocable Permit (Permit) with Amcal Las Ventanas Fund LP, for\nthe continued use of eleven (11) parking spaces located at 1725 Long\nBeach Boulevard, for a one-year period, commencing on November\n24, 2022, with the option to renew for one additional one-year period,\nat the discretion of the City Manager; and, increase appropriations in\nthe Health Fund Group in the Health and Human Services Department\nin the amount of $10,560, offset by fee revenues.
