13. AWARD OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR\nGLENNEYRE PARKING STRUCTURE\nREHABILITATION AND AWARD OF TASK ORDER\nFOR CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION SERVICES\nRecommendations:\n(1) Award and authorize the City Manager to execute a\ncontract with Harbor Coating & Restoration, in the\namount of $1,454,600, for the Glenneyre Parking Structure\nRehabilitation project;\n(2) Authorize the City Manager to award a Task Order to\nHR Green, in the amount of $117,450, for construction\ninspection services; and\n(3) Authorize the City Manager to approve project related\nexpenses and construction change orders for unforeseen\ncircumstances for an amount not to exceed $175,000.\nAgenda Report
