Recommended by Water System\nApproval of Authorization to Reallocate Funds in Agreement No. 47071 with\nWebcor Obayashi Lyles, a Joint Venture, for the Silver Lake Reservoir\nComplex Storage Replacement Project/Headworks Reservoir Project. The\nreallocated funds in the Agreement will increase the authorized expenditure\nfrom $75 Million to $85 Million in Phase 3. The Agreement not ot exceed\ntotal will remain at $388 Million and will not extend the Agreement duration.\nThe Contract expiration date will remain as December 31, 2025.\nDetermine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).\n7
