C. Approve Construction Contract for Santa Monica Airport Paving Improvements Project\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of Categorical Exemption pursuant to Section 15301 of the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines;\n2. Award Bid #SP2716 to Sully Miller Contracting Co., for the construction of the Airport\nPaving Improvements Project for the Public Works Department;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a contract with Sully Miller\nContracting Co., in an amount not to exceed $ 2,106,066 (including a 10% contingency);\nand\n4.
