Introduction and First Reading of an Ordinance Adding Santa Monica Municipal Code Section\n2.32.291 Prohibiting Providing and Acceptance of Gifts by Councilmembers\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of categorical exemption pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) (Common Sense\nExemption) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines; and\n2.
