COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT JOB CREATION AND BUSINESS\nINCENTIVE PROGRAM FOR UNO TRE OTTO (FUNDING SOURCE: COMMUNITY\nDEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council:\nA. Approve the 2024-25 Community Development Block Grant amendment to\nreallocate $10,000 from the Community Development Block Grant unallocated\nbalance to the Job Creation and Business Incentive Program; and\nB.
