7.1 PY 2023-2024 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER)\nIt is recommended that the Town Council:\nA. Conduct a public hearing and accept public testimony on the Program Year (PY) 2023-2024 Consolidated Annual\nPerformance Evaluation Report (CAPER).\nB. Approve the PY 2023-2024 CAPER.\nC. Authorize the Town Manager or his designee to submit the PY 2023-2024 CAPER to the U.S. Department of Housing\nand Urban Development (HUD), along with any public testimony and changes thereto as directed by the Town Council.
