8. Consideration to Vacate existing City property and the Dedication\nof Grossmont Union High School District property (1100 Murray\nDrive)\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council:\n1. Opens the Public Hearing and receives testimony;\n2. Closes the Public Hearing;\n3. Adopts the next Resolution, in order, to approve the vacation of\nCity property at the entrance to Grossmont Union High School\nDistrict (GUHSD) (1100 Murray Drive) as described by deed\nrecorded February 27, 1946, document no. 21899, County of\nSan Diego Records for public street purposes; and\n4. Adopts the next Resolution, in order, to accept the dedication\nof property from the Grossmont Union High School District at\nthe entrance to Grossmont High School (1100 Murray Drive) as\ndescribed by deed recorded February 27, 1946, document no.\n21899, County of San Diego Records for public street\npurposes.
