Item 56: First Amendment to the RFP No. 10089580-20-J Get It Done/Salesforce Platform\nApplication Development, Maintenance, and Support Contract with Deloitte\nConsulting, LLP.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThis contract amendment updates the current contract not-to-exceed (NTE) amount from\n$20M to $94M. A required spend of approximately $1.1M annually from the General\nFund is required for Get It Done support. The remaining contract capacity is for\ndiscretionary spend as-needed (as budget allows), and to provide support for ESD and\nPUD projects, funded by enterprise funds.\nCouncil District(s) Affected: Citywide.\nProposed Actions:\nAdopt the following Ordinance which was introduced on 9/10/2024, Item S503, (Council\nvoted 7-1, Councilmember von Wilpert-nay, Councilmember Campbell-not present):\n(O-2025-5)\nOrdinance authorizing the Mayor, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. One to the\nRFP No. 10089580-20-J Get It Done System and Salesforce Platform Application\nDevelopment, Maintenance, and Support Contract with Deloitte Consulting LLP,\nextending the contract term for up to five (5) additional one (1) year option periods\nthrough July 23, 2030; increasing the total not-to-exceed amount by $73,619,663,\nbringing the total not-to-exceed amount for the Contract to $94,100,000; and otherwise\nmodifying the Contract under the terms and conditions contained in the First Amendment,\nfor continuation of all services under the Contract and expansion of the Salesforce\nplatform, and related funding actions.\n6 votes required pursuant to Charter Section 99.\nCommittee Actions Taken:\nThis item was heard at the Rules Committee meeting on July 24, 2024.\nACTION: Motion by Committee Member Campillo, second by Vice Chair LaCava to\napprove staff recommendation, requesting that the Performance and Analytics\nDepartment, with support from the Purchasing and Contracting Department, bring back an\ninformational update to this Committee on the RFP during the third optional year, should\nit be exercised.\nVOTE: 5-0; Elo-Rivera-yea, LaCava-yea, Lee-yea, Campillo-yea, Moreno-yea.\nPerformance & Analytics: Alexander Hempton, (619) 384-4468\nCity Attorney Contact: Markecia Simmons
