City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles\nSuperior Court Case No. 21STCV01724. (This matter arose on October\n17, 2019, when Plaintiff was terminated from his City employment. Plaintiff\nalleges his termination was retaliatory and violated Labor Code section\n1102.5.)
