H. APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO CONTRACT SERVICES\nAGREEMENT NO. A8535 WITH ABM AVIATION, INC. FOR PARKING\nMANAGEMENT SERVICES AT THE PALM SPRINGS\nINTERNATIONAL AIRPORT\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 3 to Contract Services Agreement A8535\nwith ABM Aviation, Inc., for year-round parking lot shuttle services,\nto increase parking staff, and to extend the Agreement term for one\nyear, June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026, for an additional amount of\n$2,674,475 and a total revised contract amount not to exceed\n$6,945,271.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary\ndocuments.
