(3)\nBPW­2024­0537\nCD ALL\nMUNICIPAL TRANSFER AGREEMENT: SAFE, CLEAN WATER (SCW) PROGRAM –\nLOS ANGELES COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT AND BUREAU OF\nSANITATION (BOS)\nRecommending the Board:\n1. APPROVE and forward this report, with its transmittals, to the Mayor and\nCity Council for authority to execute the Transfer Agreement between the Los\nAngeles County Flood Control District and the Department of Public Works,\nBOS regarding the transfer of SCW Municipal Program Funds; and\n2.
