P. APPROVE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 24B230 WITH\nWGJ ENTERPRISES INC., DBA PCI FOR ON-CALL AIRPORT\nRUBBER AND PAINT REMOVAL AND APPLICATION SERVICES\nFOR PALM SPRINGS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Contract Services Agreement 24B230 with WGJ\nEnterprises Inc., dba PCI to provide on-call Airport rubber and paint\nremoval and application services for the Palm Springs International\nAirport in an amount not to exceed $4,500,000 for the initial three-\nyear term beginning October 1, 2024, through September 30,\n2027, with two one-year extension options at the City’s sole\ndiscretion; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary\ndocuments.\nEXCLUDED CONSENT CALENDAR: Items removed from the Consent\nCalendar for separate discussion are considered at this time.
