F. ACCEPTANCE OF PLAYGROUND AND SHADE STRUCTURE\nEQUIPMENT INSTALLATION AT DEMUTH AND VICTORIA PARKS\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Accept the public works improvement identified as purchase of\nplayground and shade structures and installation for Demuth and\nVictoria Parks, as completed in accordance with the Construction\nContract;\n2. Authorize the Director of Public Works to execute and file for\nrecordation with the Riverside County Recorder a Notice of\nCompletion for purchase of playground and shade structures and\ninstallation for Demuth and Victoria Parks.
