7.1. Consideration of a Resolution approving a Mitigated Negative Declaration\nand Mitigation Monitoring Program, and a_ Resolution approving\nDevelopment Plan Application No. 23-01 with conditions of approval, for\nthe demolition of the existing 90,828 square foot industrial building, and\nthe construction of a new 165,537 square foot industrial building, for the\nproperty located at 14940 Proctor Avenue, City of Industry, California\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1) Adopt Resolution No.\nCC 2024-60 approving the IS/MND and notice of determination regarding\nsame; and 2) Adopt Resolution No. CC 2024-61 approving Development\nPlan No. 23-01 with the Standard Requirements and Conditions of\nApproval.
