7.1 City Manager\n7.1.1 Consideration of Policies to either Ban the Installation and Use of\nArtificial Turf on City-owned properties or Encourage the Planting of\nNatural Grass in the City of Laguna Hills\nRecommendation: That the City Council discuss the proposed policies and either:\n1) Adopt a Resolution entitled: "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of\nLaguna Hills, Establishing City Council Policy No. 313, Regarding a Ban on the\nInstallation and Use of Artificial Turf in the City of Laguna Hills"; or\n2) Adopt a Resolution entitled: "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of\nLaguna Hills, Establishing City Council Policy No. 313, Regarding Encouragement\nof Planting Natural Grass in the City of Laguna Hills".
