3.\nRATIFICATION OF PAYROLL AND DEMANDS The City\nCouncil has approved the use of Government Code Section\n37208 to expedite the payment of City of Tustin obligations\nthat are in accordance with the approved budget or continued\noperations authorizations.\nRecommendation:  It is recommended that the City Council\napprove Payroll in the amount of $1,011,030.16 and\nDemands in the amount of $3,122,537.40.
