4. \nApproval of Amendment No. 4 to the On-Call Professional Services \nAgreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., for Engineering Design of \nthe Bus Shelter Replacement Project, Cash Contract No. 24-08 \nRecommendation \nStaff recommends that the City Council: \n1. Approve Amendment No. 4 to the On-Call Professional Services Agreement \nwith Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., to provide engineering design \nservices for the Bus Shelter Replacement Project, Cash Contract No. 24-\n08 for a not-to-exceed amount of $99,985; \n2. Approve a not-to-exceed 15% contingency of the total contract in the \namount of $14,998 for unforeseen conditions or extra work and authorize \nthe Public Works Director/City Engineer to approve additional work for a \ntotal not-to-exceed amount of $114,983 if needed; and, \n3.
