G.\nConsideration and possible action to approve an amendment to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Environmental Sciences Associates to\nprovide environmental services for the City’s 6th Cycle Housing Element.\n(Bobbett)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve Amendment No. 5 to the Professional Services\nAgreement (PSA) with Environmental Sciences Associates (ESA) to extend\nthe agreement term to September 30, 2025, to provide continued\nenvironmental support services for the City’s 6th Cycle Housing Element; and,\n2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Amendment No. 5 to the\nPSA with ESA in a form approved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
