I.\nConsideration and possible action to award a professional services agreement\nto Emerald Isle Entertainment to operate the 2024 winter event at the Ken\nDyda Civic Center. (Rodin)\nRecommendation: 1) Award a professional services agreement (PSA), in the\namount of $34,500, to Emerald Isle Entertainment (Emerald) to operate a\nroller skating rink for three days during the 2024 Winter Event at Ken Dyda\nCivic Center; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the PSA,\nin a form acceptable to the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
