5. \nRESOLUTION NO. 24-51 – BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR ANNUAL WATER LOSS REPORTING \nStaff recommends City Council: \na. adopt Resolution No. 24-51, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF \nNORWALK AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2024/25 ADOPTED \nBUDGET TO APPROPRIATE AVAILABLE WATER ENTERPRISE FUNDING FOR ANNUAL \nWATER LOSS REPORTING, in the amount of $21,735; and \nb. approve Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with Arcadis, Inc. for Annual Water Loss Reports, in \nthe amount of $21,735; and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment, and any other \namendments provided there is funding in the budget and it is within the City Manager’s signing \nauthority, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
