Adoption of a Resolution Amending Council Rules of Order and Procedure and Review of the Public\nInput Pilot Public Hearing was Held & Closed on 12/13/2022.\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Provide direction to staff to either continue the public input pilot as is, return to the\nprevious method for public input; or adopt a new method based on modifications from the\naforementioned options; and,\n2.
