Item 108: \nAmendment to Agreement (H2326128) with NV5, Inc., for As-Needed Plan Check\nand Inspection Services in the Development Services Department.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThis action, to approve a first amendment, will extend the agreement through March 2,\n2026, and increase the not-to-exceed (NTE) amount by $1,000,000 (total NTE of\n$3,500,000).  The estimated expenditure for Fiscal Year 2025 is $500,000.
