Item 109: \nAmendment to Agreement (H2326129) with Interwest Consulting Group for As-\nNeeded Plan Check and Inspection Services in the Development Services\nDepartment.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThis action, to approve a first amendment, will extend the agreement through March 2,\n2026, and increase the not-to-exceed (NTE) amount by $1,000,000 (total NTE of\n$3,500,000).  The estimated expenditure for Fiscal Year 2025 is $500,000.
