APPROVE THE PUBLIC FACILITIES FEE CREDIT AGREEMENT WITH\nBEAZER HOMES HOLDINGS LLC, A DELAWARE CORPORATION, FOR\nPARKLAND IMPROVEMENT IN TRACT 37909 (Report of: Parks &\nCommunity Services)\nRecommendations: That the City Council and CSD:\n1. Approve the Public Facilities Fee Credit Agreement (“Agreement”) with\nBeazer Homes Holdings, LLC., a Delaware Corporation, for parkland\nimprovements at Tract 37909, located at Iris Ave., east of Perris Blvd.\nand west of Kitching St.\n2. Authorize the City Manager and the City Manager in the Capacity as\nExecutive Director of the CSD to execute the Public Facilities Fee Credit\nAgreement with Beazer Homes Holdings, LLC., for parkland\nimprovements at Tract 37909 on behalf of the City of Moreno Valley and\nMoreno Valley Community Services District (CSD) subject to the\napproval by the City Attorney.
