Acceptance of a Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP) Grant\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2024-151 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2024-25 OPERATING\nBUDGET TO INCREASE REVENUE ESTIMATES AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE\nAMOUNT OF $475,000\n2) Accept a Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP) Grant from the Office of\nTraffic Safety (OTS) in the amount of $475,000;\n3) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute any and all agreements on behalf\nof the City, in substantially the form submitted, subject to review and approval as to\nform by the City Attorney.
