14. Temporary Staffing Services - Approval of Professional Services Agreement\nwith Temporary Staffing Professionals and The Intersect Group\na) Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA\nGuidelines because this action will not result in a physical change to the\nenvironment, directly or indirectly;\nb) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Temporary Staffing\nProfessionals for temporary staffing services for a term of three years with an\noption to extend for two additional one-year renewals for a total amount not to\nexceed $2,000,000;\nc) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with The Intersect Group for a\nterm of three years with an option to extend for two additional one -year renewals\nfor a total amount not-to-exceed $500,000; and\nd) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Agreements.\nStaff Report\nAttachment A - Temporary Staffing Professionals Agreement\nAttachment B - The Intersect Group Agreement\nOctober 8, 2024\nMISCELLANEOUS
