Approve the FY 2023-24 year-end appropriation adjustments for the\nDepartment of Health Services (DHS) to adjust its Enterprise Fund\nobligated fund balance to $1,710,582,000 as of June 30, 2024, including\n$325,274,000 in funding restricted for the Provider Relief Fund;\n2. Approve the FY 2023-24 appropriation adjustments to realign funding for\nthe Measure B Special Revenue Fund; and\n3. Approve the FY 2023-24 appropriation adjustments to adjust long-term\nreceivables for Cost Based Reimbursement Clinics, Enhanced Payment\nProgram, Quality Incentive Program, and Managed Care Rate\nSupplement revenues at various DHS facilities.
