19. Norwood Library Project\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Solis: Authorize the Chief\nExecutive Officer to execute an amendment to an existing Funding Agreement\nbetween the County and the Los Angeles County Development Authority\n(LACDA) to reallocate additional unspent funds available to the First\nSupervisorial District for the proposed Norwood Library Project, which will\nprovide for refurbishment of the existing library located at 4550 North Peck\nRoad in the City of El Monte, in an amount not to exceed $1,315,349; approve\nan appropriation adjustment to transfer $1,000,000 from the California State\nLibrary Grant in the LA County Library Operating Fund to the Project and\nFacility Development Budget to provide funding to the Norwood Library Project;\nauthorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute an amendment to the existing\nFunding Agreement between the County and LACDA to include in The Project\nbudget $1,000,000 from the California State Library Grant; and find that the\nproposed actions are not a project under the California Environmental Quality\nAct.
