2-D. Supplemental Funds, Funding Agreements and Additional Budget\nAuthority for Fiscal Year 2024-25\nRecommendation: Authorize the Executive Director of the Los Angeles County\nDevelopment Authority to execute and/or amend the necessary funding\nagreements with the County for the programs detailed below, and incorporate\nthe funds into the Los Angeles County Development Authority’s (LACDA’s)\napproved Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-25 budget; and find that the acceptance of\nsupplemental funds for LACDA’s FY 2024-25 budget are not subject to the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act: APPROVE\n$19,800,000 for Fair Housing Services and Open Doors Programs;\n$65,000,000 from the Affordable Housing Development Trust Fund for\nthe Notice of Funding Availability, to provide capital funding for affordable\nhousing developments and program administration; and\n$10,000,000 in Los Angeles County Housing Innovation Fund - Revolving\nLoan Fund Program, to provide low-cost financing to developers of\nspecial needs and affordable housing.
