25. Probation Oversight Commission Authority Ordinance Amendment\nExecutive Officer of the Board’s Recommendation: Approve an ordinance for\nintroduction amending County Code, Title 3 - Advisory Commissions and\nCommittees, relating to the Probation Oversight Commission (Commission), to\nauthorize the Commission to receive and refer to the Los Angeles County\nSheriff’s Department’s (Department’s) complaints related to school law\nenforcement services provided by the Department, including services provided\nby School Resource Deputies, and report on concerns and trends related to the\ncomplaints; and find that the proposed ordinance is not subject to the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act.
