Martin Luther King, Jr. Medical Campus Sexual Health Clinic Remodeling\nProject Construction Contract\nRecommendation: Establish and approve the Martin Luther King, Jr. Medical\nCampus Sexual Health Clinic Remodeling Project - Department of Health\nServices (DHS), Capital Project (CP) No. 8A053 (2), with a total project budget\nof $2,700,000, and the Martin Luther King, Jr. Medical Campus Sexual Health\nClinic Remodeling Project - Chief Executive Office, CP No. 8A054, with a total\nproject budget of $5,300,000, for a total combined project budget of\n$8,000,000; approve an appropriation adjustment to transfer $565,000 from\nDHS' Enterprise Fund Committed to the proposed CP No. 8A053, and\n$5,300,000 from the obligated fund balance Committed for American Rescue\nPlan - Enabled Capital Programs, to the proposed CP No. 8A054; authorize the\nDirector of Public Works to deliver the proposed project using a\nBoard-approved Job Order Contract; and find that the proposed project is\nexempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.
