Grant of Easements at Parcel 125I - Marina City Club, Marina Del Rey\nRecommendation: Find that the grant of easements to Southern California\nEdison Company (SCE) for installation and operation of Electrical Vehicle\nChargers (EVs), and their appurtenant structures within Parcel 125I in Marina\nDel Rey (2), is in the public interest and will not interfere with the current use of\nthe property by the County; approve the proposed grant of easements to SCE\nto install, operate, and maintain the proposed 30 EVs and appurtenant\nstructures from the County within a portion of land at Parcel 125I; approve and\nauthorize the Director of Beaches and Harbors to execute the proposed\neasements and any other ancillary documentation, and take actions necessary\nto consummate easements; and find that the proposed grant of easements is\nexempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.
