18. APPROVAL AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH CRAFTWATER\nENGINEERING, INC. FOR SPANE PARK STORMWATER\nCAPTURE PROJECT (CITY PROJECT NO. 9295)\nRecommended Action: 1) Appropriate $79,750 from Measure W\nfunds for the added design services; and 2) Approve Amendment\nNo. 2 to the agreement with Craftwater Engineering for design\nservices to integrate the pond design into the overall project design\nthat will include civil, landscape, and electrical design, for Spane\nPark Stormwater Capture Project (City Project No. 9295), in the\namount of $79,749 and authorize the Mayor or her designee to\nexecute the agreement.
