AWARD OF TRAFFIC SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS (CITY PROJECT NO. 9432)\nCONTRACT Recommended Action: 1) Appropriate an additional $46,400 from\nthe HSIP fund and $93,400 from the City’s Prop C allocation for a\ntotal of $139,800; and 2) Award the contract for the traffic safety\nimprovements to Elecnor Belco Electric, Inc., Chino, California, in\nthe amount of $848,888, and authorize the Mayor or her designee\nto execute the agreement.
