10.C OCTOBER 1, 2024, MEETING\n1818 West Redondo Beach Boulevard, the Tire House Progress Report\nAs requested by the Planning Commission at the July 16, 2024, meeting, staff\npresented an update report on the Tire House Inc.’s progress with meeting the\nrequirements of Site Plan Review #4-15.\nCommission Action: The Planning Commission motioned to postpone the\nadoption of the resolution for denial, to continue monitoring the business for three\nadditional months, by a vote of 3-1.
