A Consideration and possible action to conduct a public hearing to consider\nadopting Resolution No. 24-58 – A Resolution authorizing the City Manager\nto execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement between the City of Bellflower\nand Alderwood Group (California), Inc., for the purchase of real property\nlocated at 9903 Flower Street (APN 7109-013-033).\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Open the public hearing; take documentary\nand testimonial evidence including receiving and filing a report required by\nGovernment Code § 52201; 2) After considering the evidence, adopt Resolution\nNo. 24-58 amending the fiscal year 2024-25 Operating Budget to allocate funds\nfor the Property purchase and authorizing the City Manager to execute the\nPurchase and Sale Agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney; or\n3) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
