D Consideration and possible action to authorize the City Manager to execute:\n1) Task Order No. 6 with Dudek, for the preparation of a Project\nEnvironmental Impact Report; and 2) Agreement File No. 805.1, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney, with De Novo Planning Group, for the\npreparation of a Specific Plan, Housing Element Amendment, and\nEnvironmental Justice Element for City owned property located at\n9030 Somerset Boulevard (“Subject Property”).\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Authorize the City Manager to execute Task\nOrder No. 6 with Dudek for preparation of an EIR; and 2) Authorize the\nCity Manager to execute Agreement File No. 805.1, in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney, with De Novo Planning Group for preparation of a Specific Plan,\nHousing Element Amendment, and Environmental Justice Element; and\n3) Approve a budget amendment to allocate $710,000 for the contract services in\nAccount No. 542-42054-4132; or 4) Alternatively, discuss and take other action\nrelated to this item.
