Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem Rotation Policy Options\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends that the City Council review and discuss the mayoral rotation\npolicy options in this staff report and either:\n1. Make amendments to the City’s mayoral rotation policy by adopting either Option\nNo. 1 or Option No. 2 discussed in this staff report by resolution to memorialize\nthe amendment; or\n2.
