A.8. DISPOSITION, DEVELOPMENT AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING\nAGREEMENT BY AND AMONG MORENO VALLEY HOUSING\nAUTHORITY, CITY OF MORENO VALLEY, AND COURTYARDS AT\nCOTTONWOOD II, L.P. (Report of: Financial & Management Services)\n1. That the City Council adopt City Council Resolution 2023-_____,\nwhich (a) approves the Disposition, Development and Affordable\nHousing Agreement by and among the Moreno Valley Housing\nAuthority, City of Moreno Valley, and Courtyards At Cottonwood II,\nL.P., a California limited partnership (Developer), (b) authorizes the\nMayor to execute and City Clerk to attest the DDAHA, (c) authorizes\nthe City Manager to carry out the DDAHA and implementing\ndocuments with minor revisions, and (d) makes certain other findings\nas approved by the City Attorney.\n2. That the Housing Authority Board adopt Housing Authority\nResolution HA 2023-___, which (a) approves the Disposition,\nDevelopment and Affordable Housing Agreement by and among the\nMoreno Valley Housing Authority, City of Moreno Valley, and\nDeveloper, (b) authorizes the Authority Chair to execute and Secretary\nto attest the DDAHA, (c) authorizes the Executive Director to carry out\nthe DDAHA and implementing documents with minor revisions, and\n(d) makes certain other findings as approved by the City Attorney.
