Approve the Public Facilities Fee Credit Agreement (“Agreement”) with\nD.R. Horton Los Angeles Holding Company, Inc. a California\nCorporation, for parkland improvements at Tract 38123 located on the\nnorthwest corner of Alessandro Blvd. and Darwin Dr.\n2. Authorize the City Manager and the City Manager in the Capacity as\nExecutive Director of the CSD to execute the Public Facilities Fee\nCredit Agreement with D.R. Horton Los Angeles Holding Company,\nInc., for parkland improvements at Tract 38123 on behalf of the City\nand CSD subject to the approval by the City Attorney.
