Find that the proposed action is categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality\nAct (CEQA) review, in accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15302, because the project\nconsists of the replacement or reconstruction of existing structures and facilities where the new\nstructure will be located on the same site as the structure replaced and will have substantially\nthe same purpose and capacity as the structure replaced;\nB. Accept the work of Elecnor Belco Electric, Inc. as related to City Contract No. 20240173;\nand\nC. Authorize the Director of Public Works to execute and submit the Notice of Completion for\nthe project to the Los Angeles County Recorder’s Office.
