URBAN FOREST MASTER PLAN AND RESOLUTION UPDATING THE CITY’S PARKWAY\nAND PLANTING EASEMENT MAINTENANCE STANDARDS\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Receiving and filing the Urban Forest Master Plan (UFMP);\n(2) Adopting a Resolution amending Resolution 10541 updating the City’s Parkway and\nPlanting Easement Maintenance Standards; and\n(3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.\nCEQA (California Environmental Quality Act):\nThe item is exempt from the California Environment Quality Act (CEQA) per CEQA Guidelines.\nTaking the recommended action would not result in a direct or physical change in the\nenvironment, and accordingly, does not qualify as a “project” under the California Environmental\nQuality Act (Cal. Pub. Res. Code §§ 21000, et seq.; “CEQA”) or CEQA regulations (Cal. Code\nRegs. tit. 14, §§ 15000, et seq.; see Cal. Code Regs. tit. 14, §§ 15061(b)(3), 15378).
