FIRE DEPARTMENT UNIFORM AND TURNOUT GEAR PURCHASE – APPROVAL OF\nAGREEMENT\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Municipal Emergency\nServices, Inc., in a form approved by the City Attorney, to purchase Fire Department\nuniforms and turnout gear in an amount not to exceed $596,000; and\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
