Professional Services Agreement with LSA Associates, INC. for Lutheran High School\nResidential Development Project California Environmental Quality Act Services The\napplicants, John Graham and Dave Little, of the Arroyo Seco Group, Inc., have agreed to the\nCity's selection of LSA Associates, Inc. as the consultant to prepare the required environmental\ndocuments to meet the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Staff is proposing the City\nenter into an agreement with LSA Associates, Inc. to prepare the necessary documents for a\nproposed project at the Lutheran High School located at 3960 Fruit Street. The applicant will be\nfully responsible for the costs of the agreement.\nRecommendation: That the City Council approve the Professional Service Agreement with LSA\nAssociates, Inc. to perform CEQA services related to the Lutheran High School residential\ndevelopment project.
