9. Approval of Contract Services Agreement for Agenda Management System with Cloud\nDriven Solutions, Inc.\n— Recommendation: that the City Council: 1) Approve and authorize the City Manager\nto approve an agreement for a term of three years, with the option of a one year\nextension, with Cloud Driven Solutions, Inc. in a form approved by the City Attorney in\nthe amount not to exceed $5,857.00 to provide an Agenda Management System; 2)\nAuthorize the Director of Finance to appropriate $5,857.00 from American Rescue Plan\nAct funds to fund this project; or 3) Provide the City Manager and staff with alternative\ndirection.
