4. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF AUTHORIZATION AND RATIFICATION\nOF CERTAIN EXPENDITURES FOR THE INSTALLATION, REMOVAL AND\nSTORAGE OF HOLIDAY DECORATIONS ON PACIFIC BOULEVARD BY SIERRA\nINSTALLATIONS FOR THE 2024 AND 2025 HOLIDAY SEASON\nIT IS RECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Authorize and approve Sierra Installations Inc. as the vendor, per Huntington Park\nMunicipal Code, section 2-5.12(i), for the installation, removal and storage of\nHoliday Decorations on Pacific Boulevard using account #111-6010-451-74.10 in\nthe amount of $43,285.00; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a 2-year agreement with Sierra\nInstallations to complete the Holiday decoration installation, removal and storage\nfor 2024 and 2025; with an option to extend an additional year for 2026.
