Adoption and Second Reading of an Ordinance to Approve Development\nAgreement Related to Commercial Cannabis Permit Application No.\n18-026 for Commercial Cannabis Testing\nThe City Council will consider for adoption and Second Reading by title and\nwaiver further reading, an Uncodified Ordinance approving an Amended and\nRestated Development Agreement, also identified as commercial cannabis\npermit I.D.
