11. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HINDERLITER, DE LLAMAS AND\nASSOCIATES TO EXAMINE THE SALES AND USE TRANSACTIONS FOR\nTHE CITY\nRecommendations:\n(1) Adopt the Resolution titled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF\nTHE CITY OF LAGUNA BEACH, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE\nEXAMINATION OF TRANSACTIONS (SALES) AND USE TAX RECORDS,”\nauthorizing Hinderliter, de Llamas and Associates to examine the sales or\ntransactions of use tax records of the City; and\n(2) Rescind Resolution 24.053 approved on July 9, 2024, which incorrectly\nreferenced the DBA of "HdL Companies" without specifying the formal name\nHinderliter, de Llamas & Associates.\nAgenda Report\n.3 may do so at each teleconference location at the time the item is considered.
